- Support the account team in planning equipment selection and installation for the event
- Site survey, measurements, basic layout and perspective (if necessary)
- Search, contact and work with suppliers and event personnel in accordance with company criteria and each program's requirements
- Coordinate with factory to plan production
- Prepare optimal cost estimates for the project
- Supervise installation, construction, and dismantling of the project
- Handle customer requests on behalf of the account team (in case there is no account on site)
- Prepare installation procedures for the project
- Perform other tasks as requested by the Board of Directors
Yêu cầu ứng viên
Profile :
- Bachelor’s degree.
- At least 1-year experience in the same position in the service industry.
- Experience across various marketing disciplines, e.g. events, activation, sales promotion, digital is an advantage.
- Solid working experience in one of leading below the line agencies.
Qualities:
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent troubleshooting and solution-finding skills in terms of staff and projects.
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamic requirements.
- Passionate and driven in everything you do
- Good communication in English
- Understand the functions of equipment used in events, installation and construction methods
- Can work flexible hours according to program requirements
- Can go on business trips to the province
